Hello! My name is Melissa Planz and I am the owner and speech language pathologist of Play & Say Pediatric Therapy Inc.

 

I attended Florida State University and received a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education before obtaining my master’s degree in Communication Science & Disorders at University of Central Florida. I have been working with the pediatric population in private practice, as well as in preschools with a variety of communicative disorders over the past few years.

I founded Play & Say Pediatric Therapy because as a new mom, I needed the flexibility to provide services to others while still maintaining my family life. With that, there are so many children in our community in need of speech and language therapy and I am very passionate about helping those who need services despite insurance eligibility requirements or long waitlists.
